The concepts and skills presented in the anger management treatment are best learned by practice and review and by completing the between-group session challenges in this workbook. Using this workbook as you participate in a 12-week anger management group treatment will help you develop the skills that are necessary to successfully manage anger.

The Be There Certificate is a free, self-paced learning experience designed to increase mental health literacy and provide you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to safely support anyone who may be struggling with their mental health. It provides a deep understanding of Be There’s 5 Golden Rules — a simple but actionable framework on how to recognize when someone might be struggling with their mental health, your role in supporting that person, and how to connect them to the help they deserve.

BounceBack is a free skill-building program from the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. Working with workbooks and a trained coach to guide you and encourage you to reflect, BounceBack can help you build skills to improve your mental health.

My Anxiety Plan (MAP) is an anxiety management program based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), an evidence-based psychological treatment. MAP for Children and Teens, Adults, and Educators is easy to navigate and helpful for those with mild to moderate anxiety.
Recommended for anyone experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of generalized anxiety, social anxiety, or phobias.

"Ontario Structured Psychotherapy" by Ontario Health
Ontario Structured Psychotherapy services are based on cognitive-behavioural therapy approaches. Cognitive-behavioural therapy teaches people how to change their patterns of behaviour and thinking. This can improve mental health and make it easier to cope with difficult emotions and situations. Requires a valid Ontario Health Card.
